Let us tell you a little about ourselves...

We are golden retriever breeders who raise
our beautiful golden adults and pups in our
peaceful country setting in the hills of north-
central Connecticut (CT) with easy acces
from I-84.  Meadowview/Fehr Meadow has
been raising goldens since 2002.
We strive for excellence in conformation,
temperament, and health.   We absolutely love
this breed and our dogs have become such a
large part of our lives and families.
With 14 acres of rural land and a loving
family, our goldens have it made.


Our goldens are:


  • on our premises unless we use a male from
    another golden retriever kennel.

  • from champion bloodlines.

  • either European lines or American style golden
    retrievers.

  • tested for genetic conditions.  We test eyes, hearts
    and hips and lately have started testing elbows,
    and for pcrd PRA, PRA-1 and Ichthyosis.
